By clicking ‘I accept’ when you sign up, you hereby confirm that you opt out of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/3319) (as amended) pursuant to regulation 32(9) of the same in respect of any assignments or engagements procured through the Obodo platform and for which you engage through your company/umbrella company (the “Contractor”). You consent to Obodo notifying any relevant hirer of such opt out. You acknowledge that you can withdraw this opt out by giving written notice to Obodo but that withdrawal shall not take effect until immediately after the end of any assignments you are working on at the relevant time.

As the corporate work seeker, the Contractor hereby confirms that, in respect of assignments or engagements it engages on through the Obodo platform using its worker as signed below, it opts out of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/3319) (as amended) pursuant to regulation 32(9) of the same. It consents to Obodo notifying any relevant client of such opt out. The Contractor acknowledges that it can withdraw this opt out by giving written notice to Obodo but that withdrawal shall not take effect until immediately after the end of any assignments it is engaged on through its above named worker at the relevant time.
